Oatland Island...

The Oatland Island Wildlife Center, a unit of the Savannah-Chatham County Public Schools, is located about 15 minutes southeast of downtown Savannah. The Wildlife Center, which uses more than 100 acres of Oatland Island, is both an educational facility and a tourist attraction. Through their various exhibits and natural animal settings, the center educates the public about ecology and conservation.

Happy weekend  and don't forget to take a walk on the wild side.

  1. These pictures have inspired! I need to get Alpha Hubby to take me on a road trip so we can go play in the woods. Cool! We live with pastures and cows. They're relaxing but not wild (smile).

  6. Great pics. Made me feel like you were there sitting right next to them and you took photos as they ignored you.
