Many blogs keep track of the developmental milestones of their kids.
I did the first 12 months and now I am ready for a new development update...
Ahead of schedule just like her arrival the terrible two's have begun...
I guess we all want those milestones... right?
She is assertive and willful and her new favorite word is...
No.
But there is one thing I do love about this stage...
This is not my first rodeo so I eagerly await for the changes.
Like the changing seasons I patiently wait...
Right now she begins to show me how empathic she is.
She rocks her babies but she also scolds them...
She puts them in line and tells them in her own native language to behave.
She also knows how to get my undivided attention by cuddling and showing affection.
Like the Spring Equinox she arrives each morning as if she dreamed all the knowledge she needed for the brand new day...
This makes me believe fairies are whispering in her ears as she dreams.
Midweek News...
We were nominated at Apartment Therapy for Best Family Blog. We are way down on the list but very proud. If you wish to vote for us you can do so by clicking here.
We were also invited to our first Blogger conference ever. This one is in Miami, FL.
I just can't wait to share pictures of the journey.
A new month its here... Spring is almost upon us.
Savannah, GA will be dressed in green shortly and I can't wait to see what March brings.
Enjoy the new month another chance to start something new... Stay Sweet!

Mira !!! que me la como!!!
ReplyDeleteShe is too cute! I would love to see her defiant and opinionated, a lot like my princess too. They should get together sometime...tea party, dress up and dance...would be sweet. I am not clear of the Terrible Two's just yet. She has these melt downs, and she cries and kicks and stomps on a whim. The trick is to see it coming before it happens, just when i think i am getting better she throws something else at me. At the end of the day she makes up for it , by only wanting to cuddle with me and telling me she loves me over and over.
Love ya!
LOL Terrible 3's and 20's... xoxo
