Only once a year you get to be who you want to be without
any judgment, parameters or boundaries. Only once a year is OK to be who you
only dare or dream to be. During Halloween so many magical things happen and
this is why I believe some are even scared of this holiday. The fact that it’s
scary and hard to visualize or grasp for one second who you truly are… the bad,
the good, and the ugly. The search for ourselves begins at birth and does not
end until the day we perish. We evolve
and change on a daily basis at times not even realizing we have just shifted in
our mentalities and thought process and at times inconvenient for those that
surround us. Just when they think they
have you figured out… you go ahead and establish a new thought process or personality
trait or define your boundaries at tad clearer and stronger than the day before
and then you reinvent yourself in an organic manner and to some that is just
plain uncomfortable because right there and then you are questioning their reality…
right there and then you are challenging their true self and the process that
they themselves are going through and well growing pains are that… painful full
of layers and depth.
And speaking of changes and growing she has been wearing these
earmuffs now for days… I am not sure why but I love seeing her running around
the house wearing these even though the outside temperature is 83 degrees Fahrenheit.
Went to the dance I told you guys about a few images that I
like…
And I can’t close this post without showing Maia wearing her
gypsy costume even though it was store bought she looked adorable… here she is
posing with her bff…
So far the Fall season has not disappointed and I am looking
forward to Thanksgiving dinner since this year I am hosting. I can already see
the images of friends eating until we can’t anymore, laughing, sharing and
playing. I am also visiting my dear friend Sumier in Florida where she is
holding her baby shower. My dear soul sister and her husband are having their 1st
baby… She is over the moon and we are rejoicing along with them…
Until next time stay sweet…
